Absolutely love this place, we always stop here when delivering in the area. Best burger I’ve ever had. No grease, full of flavour and portion size for the money is absolutely brilliant. Thank you for providing us with amazing food ❤️ not the best pics but was a struggle multitasking 😂

Went here yesterday on my motorcycle journey back home, for a quick snack before starting off, I was not disappointed!! met by a lovely lady warm and welcoming service, I ordered a chicken melt burger with chips. Food was amazing, just what I needed. thank you, I will return next time I'm in the area..

The best sausages I think I've had on a sandwich from a butty shop. Very reasonably priced and fast and efficient service. Cash only so make sure you bring your wallet/purse!

The quality of the bacon, burgers and sausage is excellent (no cheap catering sausages here)! Buns are fresh, but I do have one problem... Knowing what to choose! Too spoilt for choice and only one stomach.
If you're out on your bike (motor or push), you can phone your order through and your grub will be there waiting for you!👍️ It can be busy but service is generally very fast.
You can clearly see the kitchen and watch your meal being prepared which I like and there's a 5 star hygiene rating.
Seating is available. Atmosphere is great with a welcoming host and lots of banter - a real local gem.
They have some crazy cups too! 😅 Love 'em. 🐷- Parking
- They have plenty of parking available and the spaces are clearly labelled for the use of their customers and the barber shop. Unfortunately there are some visitors to the ice cream parlour next door who try and park there! Maybe they cannot read even though the signs are clearly visible! As a cyclist it worries me that the people who don't read or see the signs are behind the wheel of a car! Makes you wonder doesn't it!

- They do not primarlily cater to vegetarians as it is a traditional breakfast establishment. However, if you are a cheese and egg eating vegetarian then you're in! I went through a phase of not eating meat and they were happy to make a cheese salad and chips! They have cakes too! For pescatarians they have tuna salad options - in a tray or between a bun.

In the end I had Mandy's whammy burger - boy does it fill you up. It was full of workmen when I arrived all chomping at the bit. Rapid service and piping hot food. The queue went down quickly.
Extensive menu that I could read even without my glasses! One guy asked for something not on the menu and the reply was, "if we have the ingredients we're good to go." Great customer focused attitude.
There's a seating area outside well away from the A6. Try it - you won't be disappointed.
They close at 2:00 pm on weekdays but it was 2:05 pm when I left and they were still serving!
Would I go again? Yes. Value for money? Oh yes! I was stuffed!

The best food I have had on the road, I drive all over Lancashire and this beats anything else for breakfast or lunch! Huge portions, tastes amazing and always greeted with a smile. Great value too 👍😀👍

Delicious food, the breakfast really sets you up for the day, nice under cover seating area to enjoy it. Mandy is very friendly and accommodating and helpful. Definitely a good value place to stop and get refreshments if you're in the area.

Best Sandwich place around. Friendly, fast and very fairly priced. The barbers directly across (Hayley) is also fantastic - been here for a few years now and you cannot fault anything!
